Orders
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Selected products may also be available through Etsy, local markets, or special Bathboard events.
For custom, corporate, or wedding orders, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm quantity, timeline, packaging, and branding options.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been prepared, packed, or shipped yet, we will do our best to help.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it.
Bathboard CO is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the carrier to activate tracking after the label has been created.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
Our soaps are handmade in small batches, so some products may sell out. If an item is unavailable, please check back soon or contact us to ask about the next restock.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Many Bathboard products are designed to be gift-ready. Selected products and gift sets may include custom message cards or curated packaging options.

Handmade Soaps
Are Bathboard soaps handmade?
Yes. Our soaps are handmade in Canada in small batches. Because they are handmade, each bar may have small variations in colour, texture, finish, scent intensity, and design.
Why does my soap look slightly different from the photo?
Each Bathboard soap is unique. Small differences in colour, texture, shape, bubbles, and finish are normal and part of the handmade process.
Are your soaps fragrance-free?
Only Cloud Soft is made without added fragrance.
Other bars, including Rosewater Calm, Ocean Soft, Olive Branch, and Crystal Calm, are scented. Please review each product page for scent and ingredient details.
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Everyone’s skin is different. Cloud Soft is unscented and made without added fragrance, which may be preferred by customers looking for a simpler option.
Please review the ingredient list before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
What is the weight of each soap?
Most Bathboard soap bars are approximately 120 g. Because each bar is handmade, weight may vary slightly.
How should I store my soap?
To help your soap last longer, keep it dry between uses. Place it on a draining soap dish or dry surface, and avoid leaving it sitting in water.
Can I use Bathboard soap on my face?
Our soaps are designed for external use on the body and hands. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Is Crystal Calm completely transparent?
No. Crystal Calm has a translucent, clear-look finish. It is not fully transparent, but the embedded decorative figures can be seen through the soap.

Shipping & Pickup
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada. Additional shipping options may become available as Bathboard grows.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available in Calgary for selected orders, events, or custom orders. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to request local pickup.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Most ready-to-ship items are prepared within the processing time shown at checkout.
Custom orders, wedding gifts, corporate gifts, and large quantities may require additional time.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
Once your package leaves Bathboard CO, delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier. If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow time for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking information.
If your package appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will help you review the next steps.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal-use nature of soaps and bath products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Can I return an unopened product?
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns must be approved in advance.
Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us with your order number and photos. If we sent the wrong item, we will do our best to make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.

Gifts, Weddings & Corporate Orders
Do you offer gift sets?
Yes. Bathboard offers curated gift sets for self-care, birthdays, housewarming gifts, weddings, corporate gifting, and special occasions.
Do you offer wedding favors?
Yes. We can create handmade soap gifts, curated bath sets, and custom packaging for weddings, bridal showers, bridesmaid gifts, and guest favors.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Yes. Bathboard offers custom gifting options for companies, events, spas, boutiques, hotels, wellness studios, and client appreciation gifts.
Can you add our logo to the packaging?
Yes, custom branding options may be available for bulk orders. Options may include branded stickers, custom cards, belly bands, and curated gift packaging.
Please contact us before ordering to confirm quantity, timeline, logo details, packaging options, and pricing.
What is the minimum quantity for custom branding?
Custom branding options are generally available for orders of 10+ bars, depending on the type of customization.
For larger corporate, wedding, or event orders, please contact us for a custom quote.

Bathboard Products
What is a Bathboard?
A Bathboard is a premium bath tray designed to sit across the bathtub and help create a more intentional, beautiful, and relaxing bath experience.
How do I care for my Bathboard?
Wipe your Bathboard dry after each use. Avoid leaving it sitting in water or storing it in a humid area for long periods.
Store it in a dry, ventilated place between uses.
Is wood naturally waterproof?
Wood is a natural material and should be cared for properly. Bathboard products are designed for bath rituals, but they should not be submerged in water or left wet after use.

Where can I find the ingredients?
Ingredients are listed on each product page and on the product label whenever applicable.
Are Bathboard soaps for external use only?
Yes. Bathboard soaps are for external use only.
What should I do if soap gets in my eyes?
Rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation continues, discontinue use.
Can children use Bathboard soaps?
Bathboard soaps are not toys. Children should use bath products only with adult supervision.
