Shipping

Bathboard CO currently ships within Canada.

Orders are processed according to the timeline shown at checkout. Please note that handmade products, gift sets, custom orders, and bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Calgary for selected orders or events. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to request pickup.

Returns

Due to the personal-use nature of soaps and bath products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved Returns

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by Bathboard CO.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
